Course Description

The ITS Omnichannel Communication Specialist course trains new professionals in omnichannel digital communication. Students develop the skills and abilities necessary to convey information on all communication channels – print, web, mobile, social media, video and new technologies – identifying those most suitable for promoting the reference product / service.

The course

The course prepares Higher Technicians with the ability to conceive and implement multimedia communication projects.

Students develop the skills and abilities necessary to convey information on all communication channels – print, web, mobile, social media, video and new technologies – identifying those most suitable for promoting the reference product / service.

 

The Technicians are able to design a brand in tune with its positioning and create the graphics by making suitable choices of lettering and colors. They synthesize texts and information and then graphically translates them into an infographic. They know and use software for graphics, for video editing and compositing. They have an in-depth knowledge of languages ​​and tools for creating a website, advanced languages ​​and tools for developing a web app.


The technicians are able to participate in the definition of a digital marketing strategy, knows how Google works, SEO (search engine optimization) logics, create Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn company pages, follow email marketing campaigns, and know marketing methodologies one-to-one automation.

Job opportunities

At the end of the course of study the student will be able to work independently in all contexts related to communication, from the strategic side to the more operational side. In particular, the main job opportunities are:

  • Marketing departments of companies
  • Corporate communication functions

Access requirements

In order to access this course, the following requirements must be met:

 

  • Possession of one of the following qualifications:
  • Secondary school diploma (preferential areas: Graphic and Communication or Art High school).
  • Professional diploma obtained as a result of the four-year IeFP courses and IFT S Certification.
  • English language (preferably B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for CEFR languages) and basic knowledge of technical English for the sector.
  • Basics of logic and mathematics
  • Basis of Graphic and Digital processes and technologies
  • Residence or domicile in Lombardy

Duration of the course

The training course has a duration of 2 years. It is organized into 1,000 hours of training each year, for a total of 2,000 hours divided as follows:

  • 1,200 hours: classroom and laboratory training
  • 800 hours: internship

Cost of the course

To participate in the course, a contribution of € 1,000 / year is required for supplementary teaching services (technological equipment, cloud platforms…).

There are exemptions based on income or merit.
