Network and Cloud Specialist
Learn to create and manage network infrastructures to securely connect Data Centers, Cloud Services and IoT.
The Network and Cloud Specialist course teaches how to implement and manage networks and data centers, from traditional to virtual, in order to guarantee their security. Specific attention is given to data security from a cyber security and privacy perspective, as well as a focus on the compatibility and scalability of cloud computing services, with a view to migrating from a traditional system to one in the cloud.
The course prepares cloud systems experts specialized in the creation and management of data centers and their security systems.
The figure of the systems engineer is evolving towards a specialization increasingly oriented to the management of data, information and their security.
The hardware component, as important as it is, is less central nowadays. In fact, there is an evolution towards the cloud, security and guaranteed information protection. This phenomenon means that a modern systems engineer must know how to manage and design a latest generation corporate information system, integrating features, strengths and weaknesses of the on-premise and cloud.
The course therefore prepares Junior Systems Engineers with up-to-date training with respect to the needs of the labor market, with mastery in system and network administration, installation and administration of virtualized, containerized and orchestrated data centers, management of security and privacy issues.
You will learn how to install and manage a scalable network infrastructure, to integrate the different cloud computing services. You will be able to identify and solve problems in the different levels of the infrastructures, to set up monitoring activities and to prevent criticalities related to networks, systems, security and data confidentiality. You will also deepen the concepts of IoT (Internet of Things) and Big Data.
At the end of the course of study the student will obtain the qualification of Higher Technician for IT infrastructures, cloud and data security.
